Never treat people by the careers they choose.  Some of the nicest people have the lowest incomes and those with the highest incomes can be the rudest, just see the person for them! not what they do for a living.

In a sticky situation you can choose to be angery and yell or you can stay calm and be assertive…I find being calm yet assertive gets you better results
