Finding time to get everything done in a day can be a challenge when you are put into a new routine… if you work out a schedule for a fews I have found that helps till you are comfortable in your new routine.

we have bad days and wonder if we can get through them and with a forward looking attitude we can get through anything…just might take some time…but we’ll see the sun again when it’s time

Motivation can be tough to find when you need it the most…try finding a group, a buddy, a website that you can go to when you’re feeling not so motivated and get the motivation you need to get back on track!! It’s never too late to get on track again!! main thing NEVER GIVE UP!!
