Do you have 5 mins? if so stop what you are doing and close your eyes, take in some slow deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth about 5 times, think of a peaceful place and escape there for a few mins…now open your eyes and get back to what you were doing, except this time you’ll feel more relaxed
