Lastnight I had a friend ask me what some of my favorite phrases were.. I gave her a couple and then before bed wrote out a bunch more, so I thought I would share them…..

At the end of the day, it is always best to be honest to yourself and others.
If you really want something, then you will get it, but if you are only saying you want it and not meaning it inside of yourself, then you will never get it…
Always be true to oneself…
Always try to get your daily sources of nutrients from it’s natural form, from the foods we eat, things from mother nature.. it’s better then taking too many supplements
Mother nature is beautiful…. lets keep her that way… what do you do everyday to help her stay clean and full of beauty?
Some days are just better then others, just try to make the most of a not so good day and in the end it just might turn into a great day
Celebrate your life, always go to bed happy and never take anything for granted
