Just a reminder to be drinking your 8 glasses of water a day. and stay as hydrated as you can without over doing it of course.
Signs and symptoms you need more fluids are..
fatigue, headache, dry lips, mouth is pasty, skin turgor (pinch skin by clavicle if skin stays up, you need more fluids) and thirst
** remember coffee does not count, it actually dehydrates you **
