Daily Thought (05/30/2008)
When you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, you have two choices. Continue to be cranky, OR do something to get rid of the cranky attitude that has come about. Personally I try to get rid of the feelings, however it can be challenging. so here are some tips of getting happy fast:
Smile, think of a funny time
take a deep breath, close your eyes and think of a calm place
start dancing around
tell yourself, its all going to be ok!
and, be positive, don’t let waking up cranky get the best of you…
