Anti aging check list (from Dr.Oz’s list from the Oprah show)

Have Antioxidants daily (5 fist full)

Blue berries

Sweet potatoes

Broccoli

Tomatoes

Acai (fruit)

Green or white tea (4 cups/daily)

Red wine (1 glass daily)

Spices

Ginger

Paprika

Rosemary (makes you smarter and learn better)

Whole grain

Chia (seed)

Omega-3

Walnuts

Olive oil ( tbs /daily)

Exercise

Lunges with or without weights

Leg lifts

Pull ups

Up dog/down dog (yoga position)

Warrior position

Tree pose

Meditation (atleast 5 minutes daily)

Do flexibility everyday

7-8 hours of sleep a night 2-3 times a week have sex

Floss everynight

Vitamins

Vitamin D 1000units/daily

Calcium with magnesium

DHA omega-3

Multi vitamin ( have half of one in the morning, and the other half at night
